Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways:

Information you provide directly

• Account details — name and email address when you sign up.
• Sermon content — outlines, notes, research, and drafts you create inside the platform.
• Preacher Voice Profile — any biographical or stylistic preferences you enter to personalize AI output.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your raw card number.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — which features you use, session length, and in-app actions.
• Device and browser info — browser type, operating system, and IP address.
• Cookies and local storage — used to keep you logged in and remember preferences.

Information from third parties

• If you sign in with a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.

• To create and maintain your account.
• To power AI features — your sermon context is sent to AI providers (Anthropic) to generate research, outlines, and suggestions. It is not used to train their models.
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts, password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• To improve the platform — aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand what features matter most.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sunday's Coming relies on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever.

We retain your account data and sermon content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, which Stripe retains per their policy).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data.
• Portability — receive your sermon content in a machine-readable format.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and secure token-based authentication. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Sunday's Coming is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with an in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
