Terms of Service

The Service is intended for pastors, preachers, and ministry leaders aged 18 and older. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. Organizations may create accounts on behalf of their ministry staff.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at coachtylermarcell@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.

• Free trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
• Billing. After the trial, your selected plan is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Price changes. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
• Refunds. Refund requests within 7 days of a charge are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at coachtylermarcell@gmail.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk.
• Use AI-generated content to intentionally deceive a congregation about the source of a sermon without disclosure.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

Sunday's Coming uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to assist with research, outlines, and sermon drafts. You understand and agree that:

• AI output is a starting point, not a finished product. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or theological soundness of AI-generated content.
• Your sermon content is sent to Anthropic for processing. It is not used to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of the sermon outlines, notes, and other content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Our platform is ours.The Sunday's Coming name, logo, product design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or use them without permission.

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. You may request an export of your sermon content before closing your account.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday's Coming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
